Velvet exploring her new home

Velvet whimpered softly and barked softly "I don't know them either Grey hide." She crouched and crawled closer to Rosy and Grey hide.

I was getting annoyed by the other pack so I barked "Who's out there? Show yourself!" I growled loudly.

Velvet whimpered softly and lowered herself to the ground full of fear. She was never a fighting wolf and she still was pretty much a pup as she never had training or anything.

I felt the fear in Vel, "Don't you worry Vel" I whispered "I wont let anything happen to you" I assured her. I moved closer to her and growled.

Velvet nodded and stayed closer to Rosy, feeling a little safer then she did before.

I couldn't hear anything either, so I barked and said, "Swift Paw, i'm fine"

"Grey Hide....where did you say you heard the other pack coming from?" I asked my mate since he's the one that noticed them.

"North"

Velvet kept close to Rosy she was still terrified and continued to whimper softly.

I tried to calm Vel down "Nothing is going to happen Vel, don't worry" I whispered. "What are we going to do Grey Hide?" I asked.

"wait they'll leave our turrf"

Velvet looked at rosy and she said softly "I'll try to calm down rosy but its hard." She whimpered softly and kept close to Rosy not wanting to leave her side.

I turned to look at Vel "I know it's hard but you're here with three of your pack members, they'll have to go through us before they ever get to you, and believe me that I will give them a hard time before that ever happens" I assured her. Then I turned my attention to Grey Hide "You better be sure they will leave or there will be hell to pay" I growled towards the direction the other pack is at.

Velvet nodded and said softly "Ok rosy I believe you I'll keep trying." She kept close to Rosy she was basically acting like a pup. She peeked around the side of rosy and looked at her alpha she wanted to play but she was still scared.

As I saw the other pack run I relaxed a little "Grey Hide? this can't happen again" I said as I turned to Vel "They're gone now Vel, everything is okay" I nudged her playfully. I turned to Grey Hide "What are we going to do now?"

Velvet also relaxed a little but she stayed close to rosy and just watched her alpha, her tail was low and she wanted to play but the other's pack's encounter had scared her a bit as it always did if she got spotted by a much bigger loner before she was in her new park she always hid as she never liked fighting.

Still feeling a bit tensed up from being ready to attack the other pack I needed to unwind, I turned to Vel "Want to play Vel?" I asked as I ran around Grey Hide to add him to the fun.

"I'm game for whatever you've got in mind," I offered, walking over.

Velvet smiled and said "yes please rosy that will help me calm down." She chased after Rosy happily.

i limped away on my left paw a little, i'd already fought their alpha thats why they left, but like i was gona tell rosy my paw was brokenn

As I walked past Grey Hide I said quietly, "She will find out about your leg man, best to tell her."

I was chasing after Vel when I saw Swift Paw talking to Grey Hide, Wonder what they are talking about? I thought to myself and I caught Vel my her tail gentle "You're it!" I howled happily.

"im fine swit paw just a break thats all''

I nodded, it was his choice after all. Then I bounded over to join Rosy and Velvet.
